Refund Policy
IgroShop.com is committed to clear, fair policies for digital purchases. Because our products are delivered electronically, certain restrictions apply to refunds as outlined below.
1. Definitions
- Delivered: The activation code/key has been made available in your account dashboard and/or sent to your email.
- Opened / Redeemed: You have viewed, copied, exposed, or attempted to use the code/key.
- Undelivered: The code/key was not issued electronically within 24 hours of purchase (excluding pre-orders or backorders).
2. Refund Eligibility & Time Window
- Refunds are available for undelivered items (e.g., backorder, pre-order, out of stock) upon request within 7 days of the order date.
- No refunds are provided after a code/key is delivered and/or opened/redeemed, including cases of technical difficulty or incompatibility.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled for a refund any time before delivery of the code/key.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please submit a ticket through the IgroShop Helpdesk with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or proof of non-delivery
We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve eligible cases within 5 business days.
4. Exceptions & Alternatives
- In limited cases (e.g., verified region mismatch noted on the product page, confirmed server error), we may offer a replacement code or store credit instead of a refund.
- Duplicate orders or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience an issue, please contact us first via the Helpdesk so we can assist you quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and can result in account limitations to prevent fraud or abuse.
6. Region & Product Information
Product pages clearly indicate region, platform, and delivery method. Please review these details before purchase. Codes/keys are region-specific and may not be compatible outside the listed regions.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
