I bought it on the day it was released. I received the product without any bonuses. Unfortunately, no warning on the order page will erase that impression.

We understand your frustration, but it's beyond our control. Bonus keys are always limited and we deliver them to pre-order customers on a first-come, first-served basis. That's why the website states, "Please note that bonus content is not guaranteed for pre-orders."
I purchased The Sims 4 "Through the Ages" expansion pack, but I didn't receive any bonuses or packs. They've run out. Be careful when purchasing. The seller doesn't guarantee the availability of bonuses. In my case, I didn't receive any at all, only the expansion key.
ABOUT THE EXTRA: I bought it because my Sims are learning the knitting skill at university, and I can't knit without this pack. LOL. It's cute, it's good for roleplaying. ABOUT THE STORE: This is my fourth order in six months. No bans or anything: I'm having a blast playing. The code arrives immediately, and if the game doesn't appear right away, I just restart the EA App; that happens with their gift cards.
Everything is great. I pre-ordered it as soon as it became available. Two keys (with a pre-order bonus and the entire "Through the Ages" collection, including the Tea Party and Cinema sets) appeared in my account the night before the expansion's release. Thank you!
