ABOUT THE STORE: This is my fourth order in six months. No bans or anything: I'm having a blast playing. The code arrives immediately, and if the game doesn't appear right away, I just restart the EA App; that happens with their gift cards.

I pre-ordered on January 17th and received all the goodies, so I have nothing to complain about. I guess I should have ordered within the first three days? That's tough, of course! Apparently there were a lot of pre-orders!
Everything is fast and perfect. Five minutes after purchasing, you can start playing your favorite games. A huge thank you to the store for the work they do.
Thanks again! I pre-ordered the first day it opened, January 15th. I received the complete "The Sims 4 Through the Ages" Ultimate Collection, including the bonus "Royal Treasures" content and two packs: "Like a Movie" and "Winter Garden Tea Party"! Everything activated successfully, and I'm waiting for the release to download. Hooray!
I activated the codes. Everything is there: the pre-order bonus content, the two new packs, and, of course, the expansion itself. Now all I have to do is wait until 9:00 PM and download everything.
