I finally took a chance and, despite the warning in the description about new accounts, purchased it as an experiment to upgrade my standard free edition to Deluxe on an existing account. And it worked: two in-game content packs were added: "Up All Night" and "Party Time"—the very same Deluxe exclusives that my inner perfectionist needed to be completely happy. Now I'm happy and at peace. :)
